		<description>As I&#039;m well known with panic attacks, anxiety, depression and stressing myself into the burnout syndrome, I would like to add the following to your list of ways of breaking free strategies:
* move your focus; find something nice to think of
* deep breathing is also very important
* start some kind of meditation will also help in the changing process
In addition to your list these strategies has really helped me overcome my problems.</description>
