These are powerful mind science techniques that lead you through an easy to follow guided session. It is effortless and simple to use.
This neuro feedback solution allows you to “see” your stress and anxiety and shows you how to relieve it and control it. Political Stress
Political Stress – I am going to try and stay neutral as far as not sharing my political view. One thing this presidential election and conventions has done is raise my stress levels when I hear fabrications, lies, partial facts, race baiting and “simpleton” knee jerk ads that people are supposed to buy into. The scarey thing is, people are buyng into this crap.
The average citizen gathers there political knowledge from politically biased newspapers and television. The media outlets are trying to push their agendas by “choosing” what to report on, throwing in their biased slants and stating false facts. Figures lie and liars figure…
I am hoping the majority wakes up and bases their vote on deeds, accomplishments, track records and how the candidates have voted on bills before them. Again, without pushing my views, the previously stated quantifiers make this a simple decision. Who have these candidates been associated with?
I am not buying the knee jerk “big oil is evil” crap either. If you can provide oil cheaper than “big oil” can, why wouldn’t someone be doing it? I have a brilliant idea, lets tax them more, that will show them. You think that will lower oil prices? Don’t be a dumb ass. Companies and corporations don’t pay taxes. In order for them to survive, they must make a profit. Any tax placed on a company is passed to the consumer. How can the USA compete globally if we are bridling ours companies with the second highest corporate tax IN THE WORLD. Other countries are SUBSIDIZING their companies. Gee, I wonder why corporations are going “offshore”? You think it might be the TAXES?
This is frustrating as hell to me. I find myself ripping at the idiots on the “boob tube” over there stupid ass statements and obvious political slant. I stopped reading the newspapers all together. Their headlines are infantile in their accusations – WE ARE NOT ALL IDIOTS. Some of us have the ability to think (you cannot tell us what to think). I guess the media stresses me out also. When you combine the two, politics and media – stress levels through the roof.
Ok, I feel less stressed now that I had a chance to vent. Make an educated decision when it comes to vote. Think for yourself and cast a decent vote.

Blog Stress
I just experienced a new type of stress, blog stress. The last 2 days I have been trying new hosting companies, changing domain name servers, waiting for them to propagate across the Internet, upgrading and falling back on WordPress levels, trying new themes… Way too many variables.
For 2 days this blog has been marginally available at best. I have been struggling with one of my hosting companies over response times… (their server hosts this blog). If you want gray hair, this is what you want to be doing. My adventures are not over yet, but at least the blog is online.
Well I guess I am using a very popular stressreducer here, venting. Prior to writing this and letting go of some stream, I found myself doing a lot of deep breathing (another stress reliever) and took a couple walks and had a couple of beers. It’s better than punching or tossing my computer (cheaper too).
This experience just reinforces my need to have stress management techniques for times like these. If you are a blogger or a webmaster, you know what I am talking about. So keep these stressreducer techniques in mind. They work!
